What this tier means
High-confidence threat indicator — phishing, impersonation, BEC, or scam pattern. Strong contributor to the trash decision.
How Gorganizer detects this
Phishing emails impersonating Airtable or Smartsheet claiming the subscription payment has failed, team bases and automations are inaccessible, sheets and workspace are suspended, or team data is at risk — directing them to update billing or restore their subscription through a credential-harvesting portal. Distinct from workspace-share phishing (fake 'someone shared an Airtable base with you' lures) — targets database and spreadsheet tool BILLING suspension. Key facts: (1) Airtable serves 450,000+ paying organizations ($10-20/user/month Plus/Pro/Enterprise) as a no-code database platform widely adopted as a lightweight CRM, editorial calendar, product roadmap tracker, inventory database, and operations workflow — Airtable Pro billing suspension simultaneously locks all bases (database tables), shared views, team automations, and form submissions; organizations using Airtable as their operational system of record lose access to active workflows across every department; (2) Airtable's automation layer creates cascading operational impact: Airtable Automations (Pro/Enterprise feature) trigger actions in Slack, email, Salesforce, Jira, and other tools — when billing lapses, all automations are suspended, breaking the notification and workflow chains that teams depend on for daily operations; (3) Smartsheet serves 90,000+ paying customers ($9-32/seat/month Pro/Business/Enterprise) with dominance in project management for marketing, operations, and enterprise teams — Smartsheet suspension locks all sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and automated workflows; enterprise Smartsheet customers often have hundreds of interconnected sheets that form complete operational systems; (4) Smartsheet's enterprise integration layer means billing suspension breaks connections to Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms; (5) Airtable and Smartsheet credentials expose complete operational databases that may contain customer records, financial projections, product roadmaps, and sensitive business intelligence. Warning signs: sender not airtable.com/smartsheet.com; genuine Airtable billing at airtable.com/account; Smartsheet billing at app.smartsheet.com.
False-positive guard
Every signal in Gorganizer feeds a multi-module score — never a sole verdict. This is a threat-tier signal — it adds a strong contribution to the trash score. The full pipeline still requires convergence across multiple modules + a margin over the safety floor before deletion happens, and Gmail's trash (30-day recovery) is always used — never permanent delete.
About the scoring engine
Gorganizer's scoring engine emits 2,143+ signals across six modules — headers, sender, subject, body, attachments, and structural metadata. Every email is scored by every module independently; the final verdict requires multiple modules to agree and the trash score to beat the safety floor by a margin.
Sacred safety guards — never delete starred emails, replies, calendar invites, receipts/invoices, or attachments — apply unconditionally regardless of any signal.
