Honest answers
The questions people actually ask before buying.
Is my email content private?
Yes. Gorganizer reads email metadata (sender, subject, headers, labels) to score each message. It does not read the full body of your emails, and it never stores email content on our servers. Your data stays in your email account — we only call the Gmail or Microsoft Graph API on your behalf when you trigger a scan. We cannot access your inbox when you are not using the app.
What if it deletes something important?
It can't permanently delete anything. Gorganizer moves emails to your Trash (Gmail) or Deleted Items (Outlook) — the same place emails go when you press Delete yourself. Both providers keep deleted items for at least 30 days before permanent deletion, so you can recover anything within that window. On top of that, invoices, receipts, starred emails, calendar invites, and any email you've replied to are hardcoded safe and will never be touched.
What email providers are supported?
Gmail and Outlook (including Hotmail and Live). Gorganizer connects through the official Gmail API and Microsoft Graph API — both verified through their respective OAuth review processes. Yahoo and other providers are not supported at this time.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@gorganizer.net for a full refund. No forms, no hoops.
Do future updates cost extra?
No. Paying once gives you all future features and improvements to the Unlocked plan — including anything we ship after your purchase.
What's included in the Free plan exactly?
The Free plan scans up to 100 emails and shows you a full preview: which emails would be trashed, which are protected as invoices, and the specific reason each was flagged. Nothing is actually moved or deleted in the free tier — it's a read-only preview so you can see exactly what you're getting before paying.
