Will it delete emails I want to keep?+
No. Gorganizer never deletes starred emails, emails with PDF or DOC attachments, invoices, receipts, calendar invites, or anything you've replied to. Every deletion goes to your provider's Trash folder — you have 30 days to recover anything.
Does Gorganizer read my emails?+
Gorganizer reads email headers and metadata (sender, subject, date) to score messages. Email bodies are scanned locally for safety signals like phishing keywords — nothing is stored, and no AI model ever sees your content. Unlike AI-powered cleaners that send your emails to OpenAI or Anthropic, Gorganizer uses a rule-based scoring engine that runs entirely on our servers with zero third-party AI processing.

Can I undo a cleanup?+

Which permissions does Gorganizer need?+
We request inbox read + modify access so we can scan and move emails to Trash. We never request access to Drive, Calendar, Contacts, OneDrive, or any other service from Google or Microsoft.
Which email providers are supported?+
