What this tier means
High-confidence threat indicator — phishing, impersonation, BEC, or scam pattern. Strong contributor to the trash decision.
How Gorganizer detects this
Fake car accident / personal injury attorney spam — unsolicited mass emails sent to large lists claiming the recipient "may be entitled to compensation" for a recent car accident, road traffic accident, or workplace injury. Classic variants: (1) cold outreach saying "were you in a recent accident?" with a "no win no fee" hotline; (2) fake records claim ("our records indicate you were involved in an accident") designed to seem personalised but sent in bulk; (3) slip-and-fall or whiplash claim spam targeting the UK market with £ compensation promises. These are marketing spam from personal injury lead generators or solicitors violating cold-calling rules, not genuine legal advice. The UK Information Commissioner's Office fines claims management companies millions annually for this exact spam; in the US, most state bars prohibit in-person or phone solicitation within 30 days of an accident ("ambulance chasing" rules apply to email equivalents).
False-positive guard
Every signal in Gorganizer feeds a multi-module score — never a sole verdict. This is a threat-tier signal — it adds a strong contribution to the trash score. The full pipeline still requires convergence across multiple modules + a margin over the safety floor before deletion happens, and Gmail's trash (30-day recovery) is always used — never permanent delete.
About the scoring engine
Gorganizer's scoring engine emits 2,143+ signals across six modules — headers, sender, subject, body, attachments, and structural metadata. Every email is scored by every module independently; the final verdict requires multiple modules to agree and the trash score to beat the safety floor by a margin.
Sacred safety guards — never delete starred emails, replies, calendar invites, receipts/invoices, or attachments — apply unconditionally regardless of any signal.
