Fake jury duty arrest warrant scam — missed jury summons + arrest/bench warrant issued + pay fine via gift cards / prepaid card to clear warrant

What this tier means
High-confidence threat indicator — phishing, impersonation, BEC, or scam pattern. Strong contributor to the trash decision.
How Gorganizer detects this
Email impersonating a court clerk, county court, or federal court claiming the recipient missed jury duty and has an active arrest warrant, bench warrant, or US Marshal warrant — then demanding immediate payment of a fine ($800–$1,500+) via prepaid debit card, gift card, Green Dot card, Western Union, or money order to "clear" the warrant and avoid arrest by a sheriff or federal agent. Real courts issue jury duty notices by certified mail, never by unsolicited email, and never demand gift card payment to clear a warrant. FTC/FBI 2024: government impersonation scams using fake arrest warrants are a top senior fraud category; the combination of authority (court/law enforcement) + urgency (arrest imminent) + untraceable payment method is the classic social engineering triad. If you receive a real jury summons, it will never contain a payment link.
False-positive guard
Every signal in Gorganizer feeds a multi-module score — never a sole verdict. This is a threat-tier signal — it adds a strong contribution to the trash score. The full pipeline still requires convergence across multiple modules + a margin over the safety floor before deletion happens, and Gmail's trash (30-day recovery) is always used — never permanent delete.
About the scoring engine
Gorganizer's scoring engine emits 2,143+ signals across six modules — headers, sender, subject, body, attachments, and structural metadata. Every email is scored by every module independently; the final verdict requires multiple modules to agree and the trash score to beat the safety floor by a margin.
Sacred safety guards — never delete starred emails, replies, calendar invites, receipts/invoices, or attachments — apply unconditionally regardless of any signal.
