What this tier means
Protective signal — actively prevents deletion. When this fires, Gorganizer keeps the email even if other signals say otherwise.
How Gorganizer detects this
Email contains medical/health portal keywords (patient portal, lab results, prescription filled, appointment reminder, telehealth, provresultat, labbsvar, vårdcentral) or originates from a known health system domain (MyChart, Epic, athenahealth, 1177.se, NHS.uk). These emails superficially resemble phishing (short body, single CTA, urgency) but missing them can have serious health consequences. Protected from deletion.
False-positive guard
Every signal in Gorganizer feeds a multi-module score — never a sole verdict. This is a protective signal: when it fires, the email is kept even if other signals say "trash". Protective wins over everything.
About the scoring engine
Gorganizer's scoring engine emits 2,143+ signals across six modules — headers, sender, subject, body, attachments, and structural metadata. Every email is scored by every module independently; the final verdict requires multiple modules to agree and the trash score to beat the safety floor by a margin.
Sacred safety guards — never delete starred emails, replies, calendar invites, receipts/invoices, or attachments — apply unconditionally regardless of any signal.
