WarningSubject line

Subject is entirely emoji with no text content β€” pure visual attention-grab spam shape

subject-emoji-only

What this tier means

Warning signal β€” bulk / marketing / mild spam. Contributes to the trash score but is not by itself sufficient.

How Gorganizer detects this

The subject line consists ENTIRELY of emoji and whitespace with no letters or digits anywhere β€” for example `🎁πŸ”₯πŸ’°πŸŽ‰` or `🚨🚨🚨`. Stronger sibling of the iter 399 `subject-excessive-emoji` signal which fires on 3+ emoji mixed with text. This signal targets the subset where the marketer (or spammer) stripped ALL the prose and left only attention-grabbing pictograms. Legitimate brands always pair emoji with descriptive text ("πŸŽ‰ Welcome to Acme"); the no-text variant is essentially a "look at me!" notification with zero content claim. The detection uses Unicode category classes (`\p{L}` for any letter, `\p{Nd}` for any decimal digit) so it stays language-independent β€” a subject with Cyrillic / CJK / Arabic text + emoji would NOT fire because those scripts are still text. Weighted at +3, one tier above the +2 excessive-emoji signal because the absence of ANY text is itself diagnostic.

False-positive guard

Every signal in Gorganizer feeds a multi-module score β€” never a sole verdict. This is a warning-tier signal β€” bulk / marketing / mild spam. It contributes to the trash score but never triggers deletion on its own. Gorganizer requires multiple signals + a margin over the safety floor before any email is moved to trash.

About the scoring engine

Gorganizer's scoring engine emits over 1,800 signals across six modules β€” headers, sender, subject, body, attachments, and structural metadata. Every email is scored by every module independently; the final verdict requires multiple modules to agree and the trash score to beat the safety floor by a margin.

Sacred safety guards β€” never delete starred emails, replies, calendar invites, receipts/invoices, or attachments β€” apply unconditionally regardless of any signal.
